1. You have been named one of the Top 100 most influential people in service provision for the investment space two years running. What do you think sets you apart from others in the industry?

I believe what sets me apart from others in the industry is my focus on building long-term relationships based on trust and mutual respect. For me, it’s not just about providing a solution to a problem, but about understanding the client’s unique needs and providing a bespoke solution that meets those needs.

This approach has allowed me to build lasting relationships with my clients, many of whom have been with me for years. I also believe in collaborating with others in the industry to share knowledge and expertise, which has helped me stay at the forefront of the industry.

2. How has your experience in the industry informed your approach to relationship building?

Relationship building is at the core of everything I do in my work. Over the years, I have learned that building strong relationships with clients is critical to success in this industry. To build these relationships, I focus on really understanding my clients’ needs, goals and challenges. This requires active listening, clear communication and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that my clients are satisfied with the solutions I provide. Additionally, I place a strong emphasis on trust and I work hard to demonstrate that I am a partner that my clients can rely on over the long term.

3. Can you tell us more about your work with The Mayfair Collective?

The Mayfair Collective is a network of trusted suppliers to family offices, UHNWs and Royal Families. As one of the founders of this collective, I am proud to be a part of a group of professionals who share the same values and ethics as I do. We believe in building long-term relationships based on trust and mutual respect. Through The Mayfair Collective, I have been able to provide my clients with access to a wider network of trusted professionals who can provide complementary services to what we offer at Charles Square.

4. You are known for running several events for the hedge fund sector under the brand London Hedge Funds. Can you tell us more about these events and their purpose?

Yes, London Hedge Funds is a brand that I collaborate on with other professionals in the industry. We organise several events throughout the year, including suppliers’ lunches as well as COO and CTO drinks. These events provide a platform for industry professionals to network, share ideas and stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the sector. The purpose of these events is to foster a sense of community within the hedge fund industry, bringing together like-minded individuals who are passionate about what they do.

5. What led you to join Charles Square Limited and how do your experiences and values align with the company's mission?

I was first introduced to Charles Square by a mutual client six years ago, I was impressed with their story, background and their ethos and way of working with clients.  Having introduced each other to clients and our networks, for four years, when the opportunity arose to work for Charles Square following a few conversations with the owners, I jumped at the chance. I had been admiring there culture and mindset when dealing with their clients from a far, as the aligned so well with mine, especially when it came to taking the client’s best interest over short term profits and you have a better time and relationship if you focus on the long term.

In today’s age, technology is integral to everything we do and technology working in the right way is integral to running a successful business. The thing I love most about Charles Square is that the founders is that they have worked in alternative investment managers, and they understand them from the inside and all that is required… hence why the way we do things is different.

I believe that my experience and expertise in providing bespoke technology solutions and building long-term relationships with clients complement Charles Square’s mission to provide high-quality and reliable technology solutions to their clients. 6. Finally, what do you see as the future of the investment industry and how do you see Charles Square playing a role in it?

I believe that the investment industry is evolving rapidly and technology will play an increasingly critical role in its future success. As the industry becomes more global and more competitive, hedge funds and other finance companies will need to leverage technology solutions to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.

In this context, I believe that Charles Square is uniquely positioned to provide the expertise and solutions that these firms need.
